Hello! I am Chef Luci, based in NYC.
I bring you food that comes from the heart and soul—comfort-driven, globally inspired, layered with flavors from the Caribbean, South Asia, Japan, and Italy carried by the deep traditions of Southern cuisine. I grew up on Maruchan, jerk chiken, pie and ice cream, collard greens and pinto beans— later to enter the culinary world at the age of 17 which evolved everything I’ve ever known into something bigger than myself, bigger than my lineage, bigger than any of us. It’s the power of the bite that keeps me coming back to the flame and what holds us all together as a people no matter where we’re coming from or where we’re going.
